- CATMAT is Canada's
Committee to Advise on Tropical Medicine and Travel. Its aim is to
protect Canadians who travel outside the country by disseminating information to
practitioners, the public, and to travellers themselves.
- International
Society of Travel Medicine (ISTM) is the largest professional group in the world
devoted to safe and healthy travel. Its 1,200 members in 53 countries include doctors,
nurses and public health professionals from academia, government and the private sector.
- Travellers Medical and
Vaccination Centre in Australia contains a wealth of information for people traveling
for business or pleasure, to travel consultants, to medical practitioners in Australia and
overseas and to the media. This is a well-designed site, quick to load even with some
attractive graphics.
- Vaccinationsguiden is the Swedish Medical Links' vaccination page. It carries a well-executed world map that even people who don't speak Swedish can utilize to find national immunization requirements.
